What is a printshop?
PRINTSHOP by Denise Crew is a collection of affordable framed and unframed photographic art prints for art lovers and home decor aficionados. We have images for each room in your home and all the spaces you love with pieces for your gallery wall, small pieces that add character to your shelves, and large sizes that make a dramatic statement alone on a wall.
Are the prints original photographic prints? 
Yep! All of the images were shot by Denise with her unique eye. She uses a variety of cameras including film, medium format and digital. The images are then printed onto archival photographic paper.
 What kind of paper do you use?
We print our images on Fuji matte paper and Epson Premium Luster. Other papers are available for custom orders. Additional fees might apply.
Can I order a different size that’s not listed in the shop?
Yes, custom sizes are available. Send an email to printshop@denisecrew.com to let us know what you're interested in. 
Do you offer framing?
We do! Details about our frames are available here.
Do you offer a discount for shops and interior designers?
Absolutely! We'd love to work with you. Please email printshop@denisecrew.com and tell us about yourself.
Do you have any other prints available?
Yes, yes, yes! We are adding new art to the shop all the time. Send an email to printshop@denisecrew.com with what you're looking for, or you can sign up for our newsletter where new work will be announced quarterly. You can also follow us on Instagram or Facebook for more current additions to the collection.  
Do the images of the prints accurately represent what it will look like in person? 
We've tried to do everything we can to show you what your print will look like in person but it might not be perfect. A few things to pay attention to include the size of print and how that might change the crop of the photo. An 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 are typically cropped from the original file. Some of the square formats are cropped, too. Please notice the way an image is cropped as you select different size options from the drop-down menu. Also, the color of your print might look slightly different depending upon what device you are using to view the photo. If you have more detailed questions about color or the image itself, please email printshop@denisecrew.com so we can help you make the best decision. 
Will my print be signed and numbered by the artist?
No, the current collection of images in the shop are not limited edition. The shop was designed to make artwork affordable and accessible to everyone without the intimidation of the buying process. 
How long will it take to receive my print?
It should take anywhere from 7-14 days to reach you, but we hope it's less than that. It depends on the volume of production demand and where it will be shipped. Expedited shipping options are available.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We do! If you need to know how much it will cost to ship to you, please email printshop@denisecrew.com and we're happy to provide you with a custom quote.
Do you accept returns?
No, we cannot accept returns at this time. All sales are final. We cannot give refunds for a change of mind, sending to an incorrect address or ordering the wrong size. Please shop wisely and feel free to email printshop@denisecrew.com with any questions you may have before you make your purchase. It's very rare that your print would be damaged during the shipping process but if it is, we will replace it at no additional cost.  
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, if you are shipping to an address in California. 
How are the prints packaged?
Prints up to 11x14 are fitted with a thick chipboard, placed into a plastic sleeve and shipped in a sturdy kraft envelope. Prints 16x20 and larger are rolled into a plastic sleeve and shipped in a kraft tube.
Can I use a PRINTSHOP photo on my website, blog or publication?
We'd be honored! Please ask permission first and make sure to give proper photo credit to Denise and the shop. Denise owns the copyright for all the images. And by all means, please tell us when it goes live! If you use something on social media, we'd love it if you could tag us with @printshopbydenisecrew .
Can I buy an image that's on denisecrew.com?
Maybe! Please send us a screengrab of what caught your eye and we're happy to create a custom order if it's available.
Are you available for assignments, family portraits, horse portraits, dog portraits, my wedding?
Yes! Denise specializes in lifestyle photography for advertising agencies, brands and editorial outlets and loves to shoot fashion and portraiture. You can see her portfolio here and contact her here for availabililty. She shoots family and private commissions as time allows so please email her with what you have in mind. Denise is definitely available for anything that involves travels to Italy. Or Argentina. Or Horses. 
Why do some of your profits go to charities? 
It feels good! And it's important to us that we leave the world a better place. Thank you for helping us do that.
Which charities do you support?
We support charities that champion human rights. And since animals are humans to us, we support them, too. We also love exploring our planet with a camera in hand so protecting her is important to us. Each print has been designated to support a particular charity. Please see the details of the chosen charity on each print's page. Some charities have multiple prints because they are extra special to us.  
Will you consider other charities or participate in a fundraiser?
